By downloading, installing, or using the CoffeeWatch mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or calculated using this App.

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoffeeWatch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other communications to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such content for any purpose, including improving the App and developing new features.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COFFEEWATCH, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoffeeWatch and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in California.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CoffeeWatch regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements between you and us relating to the App.
